Hi, this is my first attempt at blogging so don’t be too harsh! I just want to take a few minutes to talk about the area I work in: Nassau county. This area includes cities in north Florida, such as Fernandina Beach, Yulee, Hilliard, and Callahan. I have been in the real estate business for 7 years now, and not a day goes by that I am not enjoying my work! Within these last 7 years I have watched this area grow from rural to urban, and is still growing with new development such as a new Publix at Chester and A1A. I will be attempting to reach out to our community using this tool- and hopefully others will appreciate the changes in our economy which lean towards positive attributes even with the negative ones we suffer through daily.
